Commercial Back to Base Monitoring

The alarm system monitoring fee will be $1.00 per day plus GST.

For this fee the Control Room shall provide the following services:

1.  BURGLARY CODE

Reports an alarm activation to nominated persons Eg. Yourself, Management, Staff, Police etc. so arrangements can be made to secure premises.  For a single call out fee of $65.00 plus GST the Control Room will dispatch a Security Patrol to investigate the reason for the alarm condition.

2.  PANIC CODE

Reports Duress Code when Emergency button is pressed & Police are notified immediately.

3.  MEDICAL CODE

Reports if Medical Button is pressed.  Control Room will ring Ambulance or persons nominated by client e.g. Neighbour, Relative, Doctor, Nurse etc.

4.  FIRE CODE

Reports fire code is smoke detectors are installed or if fire button is pressed on the code pad.  Fire Brigade will be phoned.

5.  LOW BATTERY CODE

Reports when battery has dropped below 12 volts.

6.  AC POWER FAIL

Reports if electricity is turned off to the premises or the Control Panel.

7.  AUTOMATIC TEST CODE

Automatically tests every day.

8.  BLOWN FUSE CODE

Reports if Panel blows a fuse.

9.  ENTRY UNDER DURESS CODE

If someone forces you to turn off the alarm system, enter a secret security code which turns off your system but sends a silent Duress Code back to the Control Room.  Police are notified immediately.

10.  TAMPER CODE

Reports if outside Siren Cover is tampered with or any cables are cut.

11.  TIMER LOSS

Reports if total power is lost to the alarm system and internal clock needs to be re-set.
